( or download the pdf file with 8 cards ) * Then sign it in the presence of two witnesses. both witnesses need to sign the card as well. * Discus the decision with your family and carry the completed card with your driver's license. |

Angry I am angry because my friend has stage four cancer. I am angry that she didn't go to the doctor when she should have. I am angry that there is such a thing as cancer and that there is no cure for it.. I am angry that there is nothing that I can do. I am angry that she won't be here to give love and support to my children after I am gone. I am angry because I was suppose to go first. I am angry that I am losing my best friend and this is a loss that I can't handle. So PLEASE! PLEASE! go to the doctor when you need to.
